I am seeing “No Signal” on my tv screen.
This usually appears when there is a signal issue either in the area or with the wirings that comes from the light pole to your premises. We recommend that you make contact with our contact centre to have a report filed for you.
My Channels Are Blank, Not Seeing Any Error Messages But Seeing The Channel Names.
This Means that your box needs to be scanned. For the fastest assistance, please check channel 97 for instructions on how to do so. If not, you can feel free to bring it in to one of our service centre.
Box Has No Power In It.
Please check the power outlet where the equipment is plugged into to ensure that the plug has electricity. If it is plugged in properly, we do recommend that you bring the box to the office to be tested. .
